BaltoScandia Tours was founded in 1990, when the possibility to start up private business was new and the Tourism License had to be applied from Moscow. In addition to the provision of traditional services for holiday makers we have also organised yachting voyages to Estonia, served four different European Championship competitions having taken place in Estonia, organised concert-tours around the Baltic Sea for various orchestras and choirs from all over the world, served the Tallinn International Choir Festival and several international conferences.

Washed by the Baltic Sea, relatively close to Tallinn, lie the contrasting capitals of our neighbouring countries - Stockholm, Helsinki, Riga, Vilnius and also the cultural capital of Russia – St. Petersburg. Depending on time and individual preferences you may visit several different capitals in the course of your trip.
